How to Delete Your Account

We believe you should have full control over your data. To delete your account and associated data directly within the app, follow these steps:

1. Open the SavorAI app.
2. Go to Settings > Account.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm your choice.

This process is immediate and irreversible.

What Data is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

• Food Logs: All history of logged meals and nutrition data.
• Account Credentials: Your username, password (hash), and authentication tokens.
• Custom Content: Any custom foods, recipes, and meals you have created.
• Profile Information: Personal stats (height, weight, goals).

What Data is Retained

We may retain the following non-personally identifiable information:

• Ingested Images (Opt-in only): If you explicitly opted in to share images for AI improvement, these images may be retained to help train our models. These images are stripped of metadata linking them to your account.

However, you may request the deletion of these images as well.

Manual Deletion Requests

If you cannot access the app or wish to request the deletion of opted-in images, please contact our Data Processing team. We will process your request within 30 days.
